Henry Joaquin has devoted over 30 years to nursing, spending the majority of his career in the fast-paced environment of the emergency room. His experience, dedication, and compassionate approach to patient care have made a lasting impact on both his colleagues and the countless patients he has served.

Now, as the Director of Nursing at ADMT Hospice, he leads with heart, ensuring that patients and their families receive the highest level of care, comfort, and support during life’s most vulnerable moments. His leadership is built on integrity, empathy, and a commitment to excellence in hospice care.

Beyond his professional role, he is a devoted family man who values connection, kindness, and making a difference—one patient, one family, and one team at a time.
